Hastings-on-Hudson. Hastings-on-Hudson is a village in Westchester County, New York, United States. As a village, it is located in the southwest part of the Town of Greenburgh. It lies on U.S. Route 9, "Broadway" in Hastings and all along the route's path through the state of New York. Hastings is a suburb of New York City.
